You will be given a written explanation of the cremation process, including any legal restrictions and requirements. You will also be given an itemized statement of all costs before you pay. This will show our fees, the cost of additional products you have chosen, and fees imposed by others.

Be assured that we will obtain all necessary authorization from you, file the death certificate on time, and safeguard properly all records related to you, your loved one, and the cremation process. We will not do anything without your written consent.
